Groova Mart Return Policy

At Groova Mart, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please review the following information regarding our return policy.

Returns

All return requests must be initiated within one (1) day of the purchase date. Items being returned must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels intact, and packaged securely in their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging. Include your proof of purchase and the RMA number in the package, and ship your return to the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received and processed promptly.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days for your return or exchange to be processed after we receive your item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Discounted or clearance items (specific exclusions may apply).
